need to have the prescription written by your doctor.
Four ways you can send us your prescription:
1) Mail your prescription (original, not a copy) to:

2) We can call your Doctor's Office and obtain a prescription for
you, however, you will need to provide the Doctor's information and drug(s) you
are requesting.
3) Your doctor can also call or fax a prescription(s) directly to
the pharmacy:

Please be advised that if the prescription is sent by fax,
it should be coming from the doctor's office.
4) You may also have your prescription transferred from another
pharmacy. Please provide us with the name and phone number of the
pharmacy and the drug(s) you are requesting to have transferred.
If everything is OK, we will send your medication 1 to 5 business
days after we received your prescription.
