How To Order

New Customers:
 
Step 1: Search your medication.
  2 Ways to do it:
Option 1: Enter the medication name and let our system search for you.
Option 2: Browse our list of medication. Click the button that corresponds to the first letter of your medication name.

Step 2: Check the medication price.
  So that we can give you our best price, we designed our pricing based on the quantity you entered.  Enter the quantity you would like to order and click "Update Changes" button.  The price of the selected medication and the quantity will be displayed.

For your information: the more quantity you order the cheaper your cost.

Step 3: Add To Cart.
 
Click "Add To Cart" button of the medication you selected.

Your Shopping Cart will be displayed. You have the option to change the quantity, order more medications or proceed to" Checkout.

Step 4: Registration and Checkout.
 
All patients are required to fill out our Patient Health Profile. If you haven't registered, please do so. The system will prompt you to login or register if you haven't.

Upon successful registration, your shopping cart will be displayed. You have the option to check-out your order again. Please review your health profile as well as your shipping and billing information then click "Submit".  Online ordering process is now complete.

Step 5: Have us your prescription(s).
 

Please remember that if you ordered a prescription medication, we need to have the prescription written by your doctor. 

Four ways you can send us your prescription:

1) Mail your prescription (original, not a copy) to:

2) We can call your Doctor's Office and obtain a prescription for you, however, you will need to provide the Doctor's information and drug(s) you are requesting.

3) Your doctor can also call or fax a prescription(s) directly to the pharmacy:

Please be advised that if the prescription is sent by fax, it should be coming from the doctor's office.

4) You may also have your prescription transferred from another pharmacy.  Please provide us with the name and phone number of the pharmacy and the drug(s) you are requesting to have transferred.

If everything is OK, we will send your medication 1 to 5 business days after we received your prescription.

Step 6: Sit back and relax while we do the rest.
 
Please give the pharmacy 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of your prescription and payment to fill. You will receive shipment notifications from FedEx if you provided us with an email address.

If you are registered with us, you can view the status of your order online when you login.
